Consultation and Exam

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough history and exam to assess the problem areas, diagnose, and determine if chiropractic care is a good option for you. If it is determined that you are a good candidate a specific treatment plan tailored to each individual will be given.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Typically an adjustment will be administered to help restore proper joint function. We mainly utilize diversified technique- a high velocity, low amplitude thrust and activator which are designed to improve motion and reduce pain.

If you are adversed to the adjustment we have many other tools that we utilize to get you out of pain.

Soft Tissue Therapies

Addressing the muscles and fascia is an important part of our treatments. Soft tissue therapies such as myofacial release, instrument assisted soft tissue, active release, and PNF stretching are frequently used to help restore function and flexibility.
